This year the 2017 Pantone Color of the Year is Greenery and inspiration abounds in everything from fashion, décor, travel, event design and of course, food.  You read that right, even us culinary artists are getting inspired by the color of the year and look forward to celebrating it ALL…YEAR…LONG…  Chef Jim Benson and his wife, Event Designer, Melissa Benson, Owners of Eleven Courses Catering & Event Co. couldn’t be more thrilled with Pantone’s pick and have developed menus that bring the color to life through food.
