COVID Safety Protocol: 

  • Practice social distancing at least 6ft  
  • Avoid crowded parks/trails 
  • Wear a face mask during runner welcome, warm-up, cool-down. Optional during physical exercise 
  • Distance yourself from others during group warm-up, cool-down, and when running on the trail  
  • Do not share equipment, towels, water bottles, etc.  
  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer prior to leaving the event
