She comes from a background in art, and allows her inner artist to come through in the ways she directs the energy of the class through music, movement, and speech. Alyssa’s charm and quirk paired with her seamless playlists make for a class that will leave you with a solid core from giggles and also a well-rested smile from a deep Savasana. No experience needed, all ages and levels welcome.
