You'll even gain the tools to make your own probiotics with fermented foods.
The Health Museum presents fermented food guru Kate Prejean for Fermentation Friday! Join us from 10:30am-1:00pm on the second Friday of every month to sample and learn the benefits of eating foods rich in probiotics, how they support gut health, and how healthy digestive systems support healthy bodies. Kate demonstrates how to make kombucha, sauerkraut, and other delicious and nutritious foods and beverages.
