How do I join/renew my Membership?
When will I receive my Membership card(s)?
Within one to two weeks of purchase of your Membership.
Can I visit the Museum before I receive my cards?
Yes, show your photo ID at the Visitor Services desk.
How do I sign up/cancel Auto Renew?
By calling the Membership Office at 713-337-8446.
Do I automatically get 20% off my Membership when I sign up?
When you sign up for Auto-Renew, you get a 20% discount every year your membership is automatically renewed. Memberships will be renewed at the full price the first year and then renewed at a 20% discount each year you renew automatically.
What is your policy on cancellation and refunds?
Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Is my Membership tax deductible?
All membership levels are tax deductible.
I am an educator. Will I receive a discount?
Educators and public servants receive discounts on our Memberships, with proof of employment. Please call 713-337-8446 to inquire.
Is there a military discount?
A discount is available with proof of Military ID. Please call 713-337-8446 to inquire.
Is there a special Membership group for young professionals?
Yes, our Dual/Young Professionals membership is available. For more information, please call 713-521-1515 Ext 272.
